Each year, we look forward to the annual release of our North Valley Rosé, and each year we report that we have crafted the best Rosé yet. For our 2016 Rosé, our winemaking team collaborated to create a sleek, dry wine that will quench your thirst for the coming year. In some cases, we enhance the blend with aromatic white varieties, but this vintage is 100% Pinot Noir. This rosé has a more delicate hue than previous releases, but with purity and panache that are unrivaled.
The aromas are floral with accents of tangerine peel, fresh crushed strawberry, sweet cream and biscuit (not a stretch to suggest strawberry short cake).
It is immediately juicy and lithe on the palate with flavors of fresh berries, rainier cherry and just a hint of watermelon candy.
Dry, seamless and weightless, with focused pure fruit lingering…inviting another sip (if not a gulp).
