Anticipated ship dates are listed below by state. We will ship your wine on this date unless the weather is too hot or too cold. If we need to hold your shipment due to weather, we will be in touch with you directly. Once we deem temperatures are safe to ship Ground, we will confirm a ship date with you and you will receive an e-mail from your shipping carrier with an expected delivery date and tracking number. If the weather in your region is too hot, we may elect to ship your wine in November if that is the only safe option for their area. We will contact you directly if any changes need to be made.
AL, AZ, southern CA, FL, GA, TX: Your wine will ship on Wednesday, May 15th. To preserve the integrity of your wine, we will be shipping via temperature-controlled or Express Air methods to these states. We will offer a flat rate cost for these services. Please contact us if you have any questions or would prefer we hold your wine in our cellar until the cooler temperatures of fall allow us ship your wine safely via Ground.
CT, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, VA, WV: Your wine will ship on Friday, May 17th.
AK, northern CA, CO, HI, ID, IL, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NM, NV, ND, OH, SD, TN, WI, WY: Your wine will ship on Tuesday, May 21st.
OR & WA: Your wine will ship on Thursday, May 23rd.

Join us at our wine club pick-up parties on Saturday and Sunday, May 18th and 19th from 11 a.m.- 4 p.m. Each club membership is allotted four (4) complimentary admissions to this event. Additional guests are welcome at $30 per guest. Each admission fee is waived with the purchase of a bottle of equal or greater value. This is an open-house style party but kindly RSVP.
WINE CLUB PICK-UP POLICY
For our “pick-up” Wine Club Members:We ask that you please pick-up your wine within six (6) months of its release. Soter Vineyards is unable to hold your wine shipments past this time. If after six (6) months, you have not picked-up your wine or made other arrangements with us to receive your wine, we will consider your wine abandoned and it will be returned to inventory. We are unable to process any returns/exchanges after 180 days. Please contact us at 503-662-5600 if you need to make other arrangements.
